RoVania is a 2D action-platformer video game developed in Godot 4, where the player embodies Vlad Țepeș (Vlad the Impaler) in an adventure inspired by Romanian history and modern fantasy. Experience a unique gothic world where modern platforming mechanics meet Eastern European folklore.

The Story & Setting

The action takes place in a forest near Târgoviște, where Țepeș sets out to battle the creatures of darkness: undead soldiers, vampire bats, and malevolent spirits. Advancing through the perils, he reaches the very heart of Târgoviște at the Royal Court (Curtea Domnească), where he navigates the castle and faces his ultimate adversary in the final chamber.
